Our Story
- Cathleen and John
- Our story is pretty much a fairy tale. We dated for a little over a year when we were 18 and then drifted apart. We bumped into each other or our friend Jenn bumped into John at least once a year over 13 years. We never exchanged information, just asked how each other was doing and went on our way...BUT...somehow we both knew it was not over. We would get those butterflies when we saw each other and hugged like we didn't want to ever let go. We both had our own lives and continued on our way without the other....until one day when our lives were connected again. This time we were both in a place where we had moved on from past lives and were ready for a new one. After several months of not being able to connect, we finally did and we instantly knew we were soul mates and here we are today almost 2 years later more in love than we ever knew was possible! We have each found in each other the things we had always been searching for in a relationship. We listen to each other, talk to each other, laugh, cry and comfort each other. There is nothing better than feeling true love.
